The Shen Zhou Peninsula Resort Center is envisioned as a fully integrated community, merging retail, residential, hospitality, office spaces, entertainment, recreation, and community services. A pedestrian pathway traverses the center, linking all sections of the development. The initial phase focuses on this pedestrian spine, aiming to establish a substantial presence and diverse offerings to position the Resort Center as a key destination. Additionally, low-rise residential zones are situated on the eastern side, next to the residential golf community.
Stretching from west to east between the beach and the lagoon, the pedestrian spine serves as a beautifully landscaped thoroughfare that links the Resort's three main areas. It features retail shops and restaurants, complemented by water features and shaded structures, creating a relaxed promenade for both residents and visitors. The community streets are designed more naturally, lacking curbs to encourage shared use. The beachfront areas are designated for low-rise hospitality or residential development.
